Head of Legal & Compliance
Qualification:
* Having good communication and persuasive skill
* Excellence knowledge in all insurance law aspects
* Coaching and mentoring skill
* High of loyalty and integrity
* Excellence computer ability
* Excellence skill in English both in oral and written
* Minimum Bachelor degree from Law Faculty with minimum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00 scale)
* Having 5 years experience as Head of Legal & Compliance in financial industry (i.e. banking, insurance, etc.)
* Trustworthy person
* High attention to detail or thoroughness
* Having good analytical thinking
* Highly self-motivation
