* Receiving and processing requisition for quotation from vessel to order spare part, lubricant oil, and maintenance repair
* Preparing request for quotation from vendors or source new vendors

* Preparing and submitting purchase order to vendor
* Serving as liaison betweeen technical department, vessel and vendor on issues regarding delivery, quality, incomplete, and damage shipment

Requirements:
